Hi, I’m Nikki Sanusi, LCSW-S
Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Supervisor & Founder of NS Counseling, PLLC

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting people through some of life’s hardest chapters. I help adults feel grounded, empowered, and more at peace in their own skin.
Therapy, to me, is sacred. When you sit with me, you're not just another client on a schedule; you’re a whole person with a story that matters.
Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and seen in ways they’ve never experienced before. I work from a compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered lens, with a warm and down-to-earth style.
I’m also passionate about mentoring new social workers as they grow in confidence and clinical skill. Supervision is more than a checkbox; it’s a relationship that shapes your practice and the future of the field of social work, I take that seriously.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with those I love, reading, getting massages, volunteering and trying to practice what I preach at the gym.
